Stellium Sex Therapy provides trauma-informed counselling to help people address challenges related to sex, sexuality and intimacy with the goals to become more self-aware, courageous, and interconnected.

Stellium Sex Therapy also uses anti-oppressive and compassion-focused approaches for people from all backgrounds. We believe that everyone deserves a healthy relationship with sex and sexuality. Our vision is to be a safe and welcoming space where individuals and couples can openly address their desires, fears, and concerns related to their intimate lives and to break down barriers, foster healthy communication, and guidance toward deeper connections and a greater sense of well-being.

Stellium Sex Therapy is actively anti-oppressive, kink-aware, polyam-informed, and either queer or queer-allied and welcome people of all abilities, backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, and relationship configurations.
